Kebabs on Maskell (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

- Personal Details: name, email, phone number, delivery address.
- Order & Transaction Data: items ordered, order notes, delivery instructions, order history.
- Payment Information: processed securely by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Device & Usage Data: device model, operating system, IP address, app interactions and crash logs.
- Location Data (optional): precise or approximate location if you enable location permissions, used to find your address and estimate delivery time.
2) How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process, fulfill, and deliver orders.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To send important service updates and, with consent where required, promotional messages.
- To improve app performance, quality, safety, and reliability (including analytics and debugging).

- Location: You can disable location permissions in your device settings; core ordering features remain available.

Our App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to help protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
